Since construction equipment almost always operates around turning and pivot points, the rebuilding of pins
and the line boring of bushings is an on-going maintenance cost that can become expensive. At All-Pro, we want
to eliminate some of this burden.
At your place or ours, we can get you back up and running with our portable line boring machine at
a fraction of what a new housing or frame would cost.
The bore welder uses a rotating and stepping torch, along with the MIG process to build up the surface of
a worn bore by depositing contiguous weld beads around the bore's circumference. This process will repair your bushings
to factory specifications and will look as good as new.
Most line boring operations can be done without complete disassembly of the unit and can be performed in
the field. Not job is too small or too large.
Let us be the one you call for all your line boring needs.
